This Privacy Notice governs the relationship between you and Lenovo, and the specific personal data processing activities conducted in connection with Legion Website. Such privacy notice includes among others, a description of your data protection rights and how you can exercise them, how we may share your personal information.
Please be aware that personal data means any information which is related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
When you choose to register, create a Legion account, or subscribe to our mailing list, Lenovo requires you to provide certain types of personal data, as described in the table below for the purpose of providing our service and enabling all available features to the Legion Website users. We will also use Amazon Web Services for the purpose of storing your information securely, for which we require information security best practices to be maintained. Using Amazon Web Services also allows us to keep your personal data stored locally so we do not have to transfer it across borders. Tinitech Sdn Bhd (Company Registration Number 1303390-T) and SUPER FK PTE. LTD. (Company Registration Number – 202012602H) are assigned data controllers and processors, respectively.. Both partners will not have access to your personal identifiable data and no information is transferred to other third-party partners without your explicit knowledge or consent.
