Latest Call of Duty: Warzone Update Brings Support for NVIDIA® DLSS

Call of Duty: Warzone recently received its Season 3 update and as expected, the new update brought a slew of new content such as the limited-time event “Hunt for Adler”, as well as 100 tiers of in-game items to earn in the new battle pass.

Besides new content, there are also numerous bug fixes and also support for NVIDIA® Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), which uses AI rendering to boost frame rates at higher resolutions. You will need a GeForce RTX 20-series and above for this to work. So if you have a system that rocks NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX graphics card, you would definitely want to enable this feature.

With DLSS enabled, the game receives up to 70% better performance at 4k resolution. Furthermore, if you happen to have an NVIDIA® G-SYNC® gaming monitor, you will experience extremely snappy response and low latency.

Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is Free on the Epic Games Store

If you are looking for a game that packs a challenge but also lets you kick back, relax and let the game play out itself, then you should give Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms a go, especially since you can now get it for free from the Epic Games Store.

Idle Champions is the world’s first idle strategy game set in the Forgotten Realms from Dungeons and Dragons. While it is an idle game, players will still have to assemble their party and master the art of Formation Strategy, which involves learning the best combination to maximise their Champions’ abilities.

Speaking of Champions, players will also unlock new Champions and epic weapons that are based on Dungeons and Dragons lore. So if you are a fan, you will be in for a treat.

Biomutant will be Released on May 25

Experiment 101 and THQ Nordic’s open-world post-apocalyptic Wung-Fu fable RPG, Biomutant, will be released on May 25, 2021. To get gamers excited for this upcoming title which was delayed since 2019, the studio has released a trailer that gives players a look at the world Biomutant is set in. This follows the trailer the studio shared a month ago, which highlights the frenetic combat of the game.

In the latest trailer, gamers will have a closer look at the vibrant open world that is free for them to explore by foot, mech, jet-ski, air-balloon and other various unique mounts. Experiment 101 promises that there will be lots of discoveries to be made, mysteries to unravel, creatures to confront and weird characters to meet.

Biomutant is now available for pre-order on Steam, GOG, Epic Game Store and EA Origin. For those who pre-order the game, you will get a The Mercenary Loadout DLC for free. The Mercenary is one of the playable classes that favours dual-wielding weapons and comes with a “Nippon Katana” and the shorter “Nippon Copecutter.”

Outriders Players will Receive “God Roll” Items for Lost Inventory Bug

Source: Square Enix

If you happen to be part of the unfortunate group of Outriders who had their inventories wiped, here is some good news. Recently, publisher Square Enix released a patch that has eliminated the inventory wipe bug and the team is now hard at work to restore player inventories.

But that is not the full extent of the good news as Square Enix added that items returned will feature “God Roll” values. This means these items will be at least the same if not better quality than the ones the player lost. Restored items will be at the character’s highest available equip level taking World Tiers and Challenge Tiers into consideration.

For more details on how and when the restoration will take place, head on over to this Reddit page for a more in-depth explanation.

If you are looking to start looting and shooting in Enoch, you can get a FREE copy of Outriders through NVIDIA’s Power Up! Bundle. Get more information here.
